Is this allowed by Instagram?
Yes. Auto DM runs on Meta's official Messenger and WhatsApp Business APIs, the same technology behind approved tools used by large brands. It only messages people who have engaged with you first, so it stays inside Meta's rules.
Do I have to share my password?
No. You connect through Meta's standard login screen and can revoke access at any time from your Instagram or Facebook settings.
What do I need to get started?
An Instagram professional account (Business or Creator) linked to a Facebook Page. For WhatsApp flows, a WhatsApp Business account. We help with both.
How long does setup take?
A first flow is usually live within a few days of connecting your account. Larger launches with multiple flows and content are planned around your campaign calendar.
